Built by people who have done this before.

Kallidin is a young company. The careers behind it are not: two data businesses built and sold, decades inside enterprise programmes, and AI engineering with published research behind it. This page is who we are and why we started.

From the founders who built and sold two data businesses.

Why Kallidin exists.

Across our careers we kept watching the same thing happen. An enterprise runs an AI pilot, the demo lands, and production never comes, not because the technology failed but because the foundations underneath it were never built for the job: the access, the governance, the quality of the data itself. And when answers did arrive, nobody could show how they were reached, which in a regulated business means they cannot be used. Kallidin exists to fix both halves of that problem. We build the foundation, and we build the data function that runs on it, with every answer checked, traced and auditable.

What makes us different.

Three things

We build the system as well as advising on it, so what you’re left with works after we leave the room.

We treat checking as architecture rather than marketing: answers are tested before they reach you, and the trail is yours to inspect.

And we’d rather tell you the diagnostic isn’t right for you than sell you one that isn’t, because a young company can’t afford to sell you the wrong thing.

The team.

The people in the room are the people on this page. Kallidin is led by its founders: operators who built and sold two data businesses, and the engineer building the platform that runs on top.

How we work.

The people in the room are the people on this page. Everything we build is checked, auditable and stays in your environment, and that’s never traded away for speed. And the first conversation is for finding out whether we can help, not for closing you.

The trust check.

Residency, audit trails, access, versioning, exit, certifications: the questions your security team will ask are answered and published openly.
